Position Overview
Managing over 200 brands folded into multiple seasons and categories, it is an understatement to say that I thrive in fast-moving environments. I work as an irreplaceable liaison between Merchandising and Creative, taking the Merchants’ vision for the season and making it happen through operational production. I’ve earned a reputation for being detail-oriented, an effective communicator, and a positive collaborator. I believe my commitment to high-quality organization would make Marie Kondo proud.

I maintain solid relationships with over 200 vendors. I love communicating and working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure production deliverables are ready for shoots.
I am an effective liaison between multiple teams, including presenting branded hand-offs and creating branded copy for monthly launches. Occasionally, bringing in extra support on pre-launch tasks such as testing Quality Assurance and Salesforce to ensure every asset is perfect.
Partnering with Merchandising and Creative Teams to make digital assets come to life by assisting with set production, building CAD assortment boards, managing digital assets, and helping coordinate organic social media.
I also work very closely with the Photo Team, including Senior Photo Producers, Photo Retouchers, and Layout Designers. I ensure that they have everything that they need, including all physical products and information to complete digital assets.
A win I brought to the position:
I am responsible for maintaining the accuracy of our NetSuite Line Plan Data Source, Sample Trackers, and Master CADs, which are vital to cross-functional operations. To eliminate the redundant manual data entry required to keep all three updated, I leveraged the IMPORT-RANGE function to sync the sheets directly to our NetSuite data source. This initiative consolidated three separate weekly tasks into one automated workflow, drastically improving efficiency and eliminating the risk of manual data discrepancies.
